3. Pricing and Payment

Our standard website design package is priced at £99 (one-off payment). This includes:

  • Complete website design and setup
  • Hosting for the first 12 months

Hosting Renewal: After the first year, hosting renews at £49/year. You will receive a reminder before renewal is due.

Optional Extras:

  • Additional pages: £25 each
  • Professional copywriting: £50
  • Advanced SEO: £99

Payment is required upfront before work commences. We accept major credit/debit cards and bank transfers.

4. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with our service, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial payment, provided:

  • The website has not been published/launched
  • You have provided clear reasons for dissatisfaction
  • You have given us a reasonable opportunity to address your concerns

Refunds are not available after the website has been published or after 30 days from the initial payment date.

5. Project Timeline

We aim to complete most website projects within 5-7 business days. However, timelines may vary depending on:

  • Complexity of requirements
  • Timely provision of content and materials by the client
  • Number of revision requests
  • Current workload

We will provide you with an estimated completion date when you place your order.

6. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information about your business
  • Supply all necessary content, images, and materials in a timely manner
  • Respond to our communications within a reasonable timeframe
  • Ensure you have the rights to use any content you provide
  • Review and approve designs before final publication
  • Pay all fees on time

7. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain all rights to the content you provide (text, images, logos, etc.).

Website Design: Upon full payment, you own the final website design. However, we retain the right to:

  • Display the website in our portfolio
  • Use it as a case study (with your permission)
  • Reuse design elements and code in future projects

Third-Party Assets: Some design elements may use third-party libraries, fonts, or frameworks that have their own licenses.

8. Revisions and Changes

Our standard package includes up to 2 rounds of revisions. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

Major changes to the project scope after work has commenced may require additional fees and extended timelines.

9. Hosting and Maintenance

First Year: Hosting is included in the initial £99 fee.

Subsequent Years: Hosting renews at £49/year. This includes:

  • Website hosting and uptime
  • SSL certificate
  • Basic security updates
  • Technical support

Cancellation: You may cancel hosting at any time. If you choose to move your website to another provider, we will assist with the transfer.

10. Warranties and Disclaimers

We warrant that:

  • Services will be performed with reasonable skill and care
  • Websites will be mobile-responsive and functional
  • We will fix any bugs or errors discovered within 30 days of launch

Disclaimer: We do not guarantee:

  • Specific search engine rankings
  • Specific amounts of traffic or sales
  • 100% uptime (though we strive for maximum availability)
  • Compatibility with all future browser versions or devices

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 99 Pounds Websites shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for our services.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services if:

  • Payment is not received
  • You breach these Terms of Service
  • Your website contains illegal or harmful content
  • You engage in abusive behavior towards our staff

13. Governing Law
